When you make a purchase at Stonecraftamsterdam.com you always have 14 days of withdrawal. The 14 days starts from the date the customer receives the product. Please note that for the return to be accepted the item should not have been in use. You are required to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it was received.

How to make a return

To start a return, you can contact us at info@stonecraftamsterdam.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we do not (yet) offer free returns. You are responsible for the costs of your return. These costs are not refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like orders made on request. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
